Refund Policy the Hair Dispensary 

At www.myhairdispensary.com we strive to provide the highest quality of products to our valued customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Therefore, we have established the following strict refund policy to ensure a fair and efficient process for all parties involved.

1. Eligibility for Refund:
- Only products purchased directly from myhairdispensary.com are eligible for a refund. We are unable to process refunds for items purchased from other retailers.
- The product must be in its original condition, unaltered, unworn, no smells, tags attached, and undamaged. Any signs of wear, styling, or alteration will disqualify the item from a refund.

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the product's delivery date as per the tracking information provided. After this period, we will not be able to process any refund requests. A restock fee of 30 percent may be applied.

3. Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer support team via email at Dee@myhairdispensary.com. The email should include the order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund, and clear photographic evidence of any defects or damages.
- Once the refund request is received, our customer support team will assess the claim and respond within 3 business days.
- If the refund is approved, the customer will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to The Hair Dispensary at their own expense, using a trackable shipping method.

- Merchandise must be returned with all attachments included (clips,combs,bands,ect.). Also any “free with purchase” items or coupons received.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Exclusions:
- Customized or special-order items are not eligible for a refund, as they are tailored specifically to the customer's requirements.
- Any items that have been tampered with, altered, or damaged due to customer negligence will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
- In case of a refund, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If the received item is damaged or defective upon delivery, customers must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. The necessary evidence, such as photographs, must be provided to support the claim. The Hair Dispensary will then assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.
